A stub is a short article which serves as a placeholder until a more comprehensive article can be written. As JAXX is a big subject, it's simply impossible to have comprehensive documentation on every single part of it this early on. Stubs help to bridge the gap by at least providing some useful tidbits about a particular subject.
If you have enough information to edit a stub article and turn it into something useful (or at least a little less stubby), please use the "edit" link at the top of the stub article to expand it.
